Our employees must use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desk. When they return, they must re-enter their password to re-gain access to your information.

Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers’ information is protected. Finally, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment, behind a locked door.
We have established and continually maintain security standards and procedures to help us protect you from unauthorized access to confidential information about you, including through the Internet.

Firewalls can be thought of as selective barriers that only let authorized traffic (i.e., you, your customers) through to ZeroRisk Cases, Inc.’s systems.
Daily review of system and application activity logs are another mechanism ZeroRisk Cases, Inc. uses to protect our systems and your information. These logs are reviewed regularly and any anomalies or discrepancies are investigated thoroughly and action is taken immediately.
To further protect you, a timeout feature is often used. This feature will automatically log you out of your current merchant service session after an extended period of inactivity on payment gateway site.
